Our room was silent and spacious, offered with big bathroom. There were an electric kettle and a fridge, liked it.

After arriving in Hanoi in the middle of the night, I was pleasantly surprised when Family Hotel Soc Son picked me up at the airport. It felt like jumping off the plane and straight into a comfortable bed. The room was clean and huge, and the staff were very nice. I had a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to others.

As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of at this hotel. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge convenience. the staff went above and beyond by providing us with a delicious breakfast to go and even arranging a family dinner for us. the owner's personal attention and care made our stay truly memorable.
